The Therapist behing The Quiet Bow

Hi! I'm Tiffany Jackson, AMFT

I believe healing begins when we no longer have to hide parts of ourselves to feel accepted. My role as a therapist is not to fix you, but to create a space where every part of you can be met with curiosity, compassion, and care.


As a Black queer therapist, I know how meaningful it can be to be truly seen without having to explain, defend, or minimize your identity. I am passionate about providing an affirming space for Black communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and anyone seeking a therapist who values authenticity, cultural humility, and the healing power of genuine connection.


At The Quiet Bow, I offer attachment-based, parts-informed psychotherapy for adults, children, and families. Whether we’re talking together, engaging in play, or using creative expression, we’ll move at a pace that honors your story while building safety, self-trust, and lasting change.


I believe healing doesn’t come from becoming someone different. It comes from discovering that the parts of yourself you’ve protected, questioned, or hidden have always been worthy of understanding and compassion.


My hope is that, together, we create a space where every part of you knows it is welcome, so you can leave our work feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
